The operator of the Siesta Rope Park in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem (the Czech Republic) is Yossarian Investments a.s. (a joint-stock company), Company Identification Number 258 150 32.
Admittance to the rope centre is only possible with the Operator´s consent. To move around the rope centre and to climb the obstacles freely without a skilled instructor is strictly forbidden.
A person is allowed to climb the rope obstacles only after having paid for the admittance fee, having been taught by a SIESTA Rope Park instructor and with his consent.
Any participant of a Siesta Rope Park programme is obliged to observe all health and safety rules related to climbing in heights, which means that they have to wear a body safety harness, a safety toolkit with two snap-hooks, a pulley and a helmet; before entering the rope obstacles and during all the time spent at the heights (excluding the house with a handrail) a person has to be belayed by attaching to the safety (red) steel ropes. If anybody should breach this rule, they expose themselves to the risk of falling off and serious injury!
One can join any programme provided that he or she is:
at least 140 cm tall
at least 10 years old
his or her weight does not exceed 130 kg
Any client under 18 years of age has to be supervised by an adult. One adult may supervise max. 10 clients who are 15 to 17 years old, or max. 3 children who are below 15. We recommend that an adult should assist when a child shifts belaying.
The PROUD Siesta Rope Park is open all year long.

In the whole Siesta Rope Park it is strictly forbidden to smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs before, during as well as after the programme.
Admittance with dogs or other pets is only allowed with the consent of the person authorized by the Operator. No dogs or other pets may run around the centre freely.
All visitors to the Siesta Rope Park carrying any valuable things ought to tell the rope centre staff who shall deposit them in a safe place. The Operator shall be not held responsible for any things left unattended. Neither is the Operator responsible for unattended bicycles within the centre; we recommend that visitors lock their bikes properly.
Any participant in a programme is obliged to adhere to the instructor´s direction.
The Operator is entitled to end a programme or disqualify a person from a programme if he finds out that this participant or a group of people breach the Siesta Rope Park Rules, safety regulations, or the Siesta Rope Park staff´s instructions.
No children under 10 and no person under the influence of alcohol or drugs are allowed to take part in any of the programmes. We do NOT recommend that pregnant women take part in any of the Siesta Rope Park programmes.
